I've been banned for botting...

So, I played on Frostmourne, everything fine, then I decided to check my toons on Lordaeron, so I changed realm, logged into the toon, everything seemed fine, but after like 5 seconds I get disconnected back to login screen. I try again, same thing: can play with toon for 5 seconds, then DC. I changed realm again to Blackrock, same thing: can play a toon, but get DC'd after 5 seconds. It seemed weird, so I change realm back to the realm where everything was fine, Frostmourne, or whatever its name, the new players one, and look -- I can play normally for as long as I like. Today, I try to log into warmane, and it says I've been banned, and webpage says I've been banned for botting. Have I been hacked? If so... that's bad for server... Can I get my account back, please, or do I just walk away to greener pastures? Thanks.

Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take about a week.
