WotLK Icecrown - Dispersion - can't use while stunned

Hi all, i am playing in Icecrown and i am often getting the can't do that while stunned message when i am trying to use Dispersion well, while stunned.
As far as i know Dispersion should be usable while stunned but i wanted to confirm this with others before i report this on the bug tracker.
What do you think?

edit: ah sorry, i just saw there is a Priest bugs thread, anyway not a big deal i'll post there too
