1. Cheese For Glowergold is a menace, a blight and an ugly sight

    https://www.wowhead.com/quest=13103/...for-glowergold

This quest is terrible with the current spawn rates.
It would be one thing if it was just an annoying daily, but its existence is bad for the server.
The comically low spawn rates incentivize people to spend extended amounts of time in dalaran, which is apparently something the devs do not like (considering you get manabonk mail spammed and autologged for lingering too long, even if you're active.)

I would guess that server performance takes a noticeable dip on days this quest is active.
This is probably not worth the marginal increase in Northern Spice demand that is created by the tediousness of this quest.
It would be beneficial to the players and devs alike to just increase the spawn rate of the wine glasses.

  2. I usually skip this quest. Really not worth the time.

Manabonk spam is caused by the players, not Warmane.
Btw, I found the quest to be easier to do later during the day rather than early. Most of the people do it early in the morning to try and get it ahead of everyone else but everyone else has the same idea.

  4. They spawn frequently enough. Except when Dal is really busy, it is easy enough to finish that quest in a few minutes.

Are you just camping one spot, like the wine shop and waiting for a single node to respawn? Go visit the other nodes at other locations in the city.

    Pretty much this ^

There's more locations around Dal that the wine spawns than just the Cheese shop and the Inn. Other option is just to get the quest and do it later in the day (this is usually what I do if Dal is busy).

  6. This quest was the daily today and once again I was able to complete it in a few minutes. I got two glasses in The Filthy Animal, then on the way to pick up the fishing quest I checked The Violet Hold area and got 3 glasses there. On my way to the cheese shop for the cheese I popped into Legerdemain and got the final needed glass in there.

  7. I circuit the city to complete this quest, and most of the time there's at least one person camping each spawn location. I know where the spawn locations are, and so does everybody else who decides to camp them all.
