Am I a ninja if I use greed? Seriously !?

Please; someone explain me.
Today in a dungeon, I won an item with greed; and a player tells me that I'm a ninja because he didn't win the item.
he whispered to me that he was going to report me as a ninja since he wanted that item. being that I won it with the greed mode.
Is that really reportable?

Of course using greed is not ninja looting. They were trying to intimidate you into giving them the item.
