WotLK Cant log in in the game

Hello, i downloaded the game wotlk, i last played 3 years ago, forgot the password, but succesfully restored it using gmail, now i can log in on the wbsite, with no problem, but after i downloaded the game and wanted to log in, it says *Connecting* for like 30 sec, then it says *Unable to connect. Please try to connect later. If the problem persists, please contact techincal support at: (link)*, and i have no clue why, my internet connection is good, and if i can log ing with my 5 years old account on the website, then why cant i log in in the game itself? (as i remember i had like 2-3 max lvl character and i wanna play the game again, please help me)

Hi I have a similar issue, has anybody found a fix? I have tried reinstalling numerous times and changing my account details but I cant quite seem to get it to work. Just met with the same response of Unable to connect please try again later. I have 100mb up and down speed, so I dont think thats the issue.
