Small questions about Transmog

Hellol there.

I know how you get the scrolls but they don't seem to work, sorry I'm just playing here for 8 days now.

I'm talking about the Rowan's Rifle which is a gun and way too loud. I have try to transmog it into a Throwing Weapon ( a green lvl 70+ item which is BoP) but it didn't work.
So I was buying for a test a purple throwing weapon (can't remember the name) for 25 Emblem of Triumphs. I got a warning when I do this, it can't be traded back anymore and this means I will lose my Triumph emblems.

1. Can I Transmog ranged weapons into throwing weapons ?
2. Can I Transmog my 1hand sword into a fist weapon or this (Dark Herring - dagger) ?
3. After the Transmog can I delete the item from my bank without losing the effect ?
