Help for addons

Hi Everyone hope y'all fine
Well i need help to fix one of my addons: Gathermate well gathermate is an addon to help you to to collect the gathering stuff : herb mining Ect
Since today i logged in i was gonna gather some herbs but the addon is bugged i cant see any herb nor mining in the whole Azeroth and ouland i can see only in the northrend Anyone can help me to fix it
Ps: i deleted all the addons and download them again , Deleted the cache folder, and the WTF folder
