afk guy refusing to leave party

Another guy wanting to leave Hc mid run, but instead just afk'ing in dalaran making us continue 4man. Elsantaclaus..have proof including wording of our mage saying "he's just trying to avoid deserter" for which he just replies "suck yours if want do it. Make ur raid for dungeons"
Finished it regardless cause of dualspec, but that's clearly interrupting gameplay
