Bartender 4 not showing Glow Procs on skills

I've been trying to find a setting or something that allows the 'glow effect' around Procs , but I can't figure it out anywhere for Bartender 4. It worked for a bit, and then it just stopped doing it.

I also use Xperl, but I couldn't find anything there either. I have tried disabling Xperl, and it still won't Glow. Any help or suggestions?

you could achieve it with weakauras. at least the "newer" backport has option to glow selected element (including action bar buttons), but for that you'll need to make a weakaura (setting alpha to 0% won't hide the glow)

For ElvUI you can use the Visual Procs addon which adds glow to your actionbars and visual auras for stuff like Warrior's Slam proc and Hot Streak proc for Mages.
