Yes, once the cap is reached. The cap is 12k. If you would like to skip the que, you need to donate 10 euros, which is the minimum amount you donate. Once you do that, you skip the que for all servers.

When i donate the 10 euro do i skip all the time the que or is that just for a few months and how about the fraction diffrence of players of the both servers?
