    Can't access my characters.

    Hi there.

    I have a very frustrating issue with my account (frostmourne-server). I cannot access any of my characters, one of two things happen. I either get stuck in the loadingscreen forever (game will freeze and shutdown if I click anything whilst this is happening) or I will get thrown out saying that "a character with this name already exists". All of this started happening yesterday after a phasing issue in a dungeon on my main character, and now I can't access any of them. I tried creating a completely new one and that seems to work. Tried deleting my WTF-folder without any success.

    Ideas?
