[ANSWERED]Got banned via IP, by VPN PROBLEM

Two days ago i tried to log in my account and, i got a message about getting ban, i logged on warmane and the cause was some IP address problem, i don't know how it happend, i maybe have been playing with VPN on, and it switches my ip address, i would like to know what happened and what can i do? I tried with my normal IP, VPN OFF, and it worked.
