WotLK Problem with rdf finder and "ghost group"

hi i have a problem when i try to access the dungeon finder system. When I choose my role, it tells me that one or more members have pending invitations.
The point is that I am not in a group with anyone, I am completely alone.
When I try to access a battlefield, it tells me that I cannot queue for a battlefield while using the dungeon system (which I am not using).
Today I tried to queue for the dungeon and confirm the healer function but it tells me that the player "jonah" has not verified the function.
I know it sounds strange but somehow the dungeon system bugged us.

I repeat, I am not in a group with anyone. And it is a very unusual problem given that I have been in the game for years and it has never happened to me.
How could this be solved?
Clear the cache folder, restart the computer, the game.

It can be clearly seen that I am not in a group with anyone and that when confirming the function it awaits the confirmation of another person with whom I am not in a group.
