I got more then 1k achiv points and still cant collect my points! Because of that i lose a lot of points cuz i got 1000 achiv few months ago i tryed every day and doesnt collect just popup "You dont have any points to collect"! Please help dont have time to miss more points!

Achievements collected on "Blackrock" and "Frostmourne" realms do not count

You'll need 1000 unique achievement points.
To see how many unique achievement points you have, go to My Account and mouse over your activity rank. There's a text line "- You are awarded X points for having Y achievement points."
So if it's below 1000, you're not getting points. Do more achievements, to reach 1000 achievement points. that way you'll be able to collect points. Having more achievement points means more points to collect.
