Northrend freeze and crash

Just came to Northrend ,around Warsong Hold everything was fine during questing,when i began to run farther the game started freezing or crashing.
Any fixes?

I recommend getting Large Address Aware which allows your WoW client to use more than 2GB RAM.
It should help a bit.

Sadly it does not fix crashes inside ICC.

Is this some new issue? or is this regarding the FPS spikes around borean tundra?

Freezes and crashes around Borean Tundra are old as dirt.
