[A] <Thats How We Roll> is a fresh new friendly guild that clears content. We are building multiple Ulduar raid teams with varying rates of progression to cater to different raider experience levels. Normal raid: 12/14 ULD25 & progressing on Yogg, 13/14 + 2HM ULD10, all previous content on farm. We are currently recruiting for our Normal and starting to build a Hardmode raid team from scratch.

About:
We are a super chill guild who have been together since the early days of Frostmourne.
We are not semi-hardcore and do not want your Frostmourne experience to feel like a full-or part-time job, but we do clear content and respect raiders' time and efforts.
Our raid teams consist of varying experience levels ranging from new to WoW to retired hardcore PvE tourny champs.
What we all have in common is we value friendship, enjoyment, and learning of the game as much as minmaxing, progression, and getting gear.
Everyone is patient and friendly.
Guild leaders have zero tolerance for raid, loot, or other flavors of guild drama.

Ulduar Raid Schedule (second day is only if we need it):

• 25 Normal: Tues, Wed @ 2330 ST
• 25 Hardmode: Sat, Sun @ 1730 ST
• 10 Hardmode: Mon (weekday reset), Fri @ 2330 ST

Normal raid reqs:

• 4.0k PvE gs on your raiding character
• Committed to completing the full raid without AFKs or other delays.
• Raid attendance >50%

Hardmode raid reqs:

• Consistency/attendance is the most important factor
• 4.2k PvE gs on your raiding character (case-by-case exceptions)
• Dual specialization & competent in multiple specs
• Knowledge of Ulduar tactics & ability to learn and adjust rapidly
• Fully prepared for raids (gems, enchants, flasks, gear, & other consumables)
• All about minmaxing your gameplay & conquering unforgiving bosses with exceptional teamwork
• Raid attendance >80% with absences notified at least 6 hours in advance
