    [ANSWERED]Characters deleted, no hack

    I had a level 80 warrior with a 5300 GS by the name of Bigheart. I was recently logging back in to play as I figured it would be easier to just pay USD than play all day long but it turns out that my character was deleted. There were no hacks on my account as all the IP addresses come from me. Is there any reason why my character was deleted?
