[ANSWERED]... for advertising, and I haven't opened my Warmane account in ages

Hi Warmane staff,

As someone who's been playing on Warmane since it was called MoltenWow, around 10 years, I've never had any issues like this. I just decided to come back and play my characters for a bit. However, the following message is "glued" to my user dashboard. Can someone please explain what happened and why I'm being banned for 4 & 1/2 months for advertising when the last time I logged in was over 6+ months ago? This has to be some kind of mistake.

Your IP Address (XXX.XX.XXX.XXX) has been suspended for 4 months 2 weeks due to Advertising

P.S., I read similar user issues, can't create a ticket because it says:

Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising.
