Technical Group bug

Im in a sticky situation. Im playing with friends right now and im a higher level then them. I went to que up for a dungeon i got thrown in but i didnt get added to the dungeon group. I left and tried to invite my friend back. But nothing i relogged multiple times but still it says im in a group but still nothing.. i dont know what to do? what should i do?
