mulitiboxing is allowed , thats cool

but these druids is totally doing the same things here, flying,healing,use magic,receive quest , complete quest .etc

thats not possible by hand

so he do that with some application or bot or anything, why he not be banned?

that is totally ruin of game enviroment.

If you believe a player is botting you can report that, though in this case this is multiboxing and as mentioned in the ticket is it not forbidden.
