    What fail buy? In game? In warmane store at website? Points or coins?

    Only if it's coin item. What you need to do is go to My Account -> Support -> Create Ticket -> Item Misbuy.
    There's no support for point item misbuys.
    Nor is there any extra support for buying from in-game vendors. Some vendors offer the 2 hour return timer, but nothing beyond that can be done.
