hello its not fair all raid resv iteam how can new player join raid and have fun ?
normal server rare seen ban but in this server like 4-8 ban ninja loot
they will keep steal iteam easy becuse ban 2day or 10day ? normal have more then 1 account so ban about ninja should ban
him for ever its really not fair 2day for ninja
you should change that roll
how player all time res iteam thats not fair we are new player have hard time to play or join raid or have fun

What problem are you having exactly? Reserving an item isn't ninja looting. If you don't want to play in a raid with reserved items don't join it.
Frequent ninja bans on Warmane are result of people needing items not meant for them in dungeons. Raid ninjas aren't that frequent.

There's no "item reservation" in RDF.
On the other hand, if you're joining a pre-made group to go directly to a Dungeon or to a Raid, you are subject to the rules set in place by the group or raid leader, which can include reserving certain drops. You are in no way forced to stay in one such group, and as long as the reservation is made clear before the run starts there is no issue. If you stay, you do so aware you won't get to roll on this or that drop. There's no "ninja" in that.
If you want to avoid item reservations your choices are either waiting for one like that to be offered or to create your own group without anything reserved.
