Login problem since today

I deleted my cache and wtf folder because I thought it would fix it, but it didn't. This is what happened, today I tried logging in, but it is always stuck on "connecting" screen, then after several seconds it says it can't connect. After the second attempt it connects, but I am in the game for 5ish minutes before getting a dc. Also, I a lot of the people in my international guild keep complaining about lag problems.

Most likely the maximum Apache/Nginx/PHP-FPM connections are reached and you will be able to connect as soon as a socket is available.

Sundays are always busy/peak times and the server would most likely crash today.

I have no idea what you said, but you sound educated. Thing is, my latency never went higher than 90ish until today. I managed to log in without a problem, but the latency skyrockets at around 2k ms after 5 minutes of gameplay!
