WotLK Shadowmourne and other items locked behind coin shop?

Greetings, yesterday a Friend of mine made me come over to this Server, and ive been enjoying it so far. But then i saw the coin shop on the Website and now im asking myself : Are certain items ( like shadowmourne ) only obtainable with coins or can u still just go farm the stuff offered in the coin shop?

You can get the both in-game normally and through the coin shop.
On Lordaeron you can't buy gear through coin shop so you NEED to get it normally.
