    character disappear

    hi,just return to icecrown after 2 years and i found out my character -- lv80 pal has disappeared which has still Purchased item history there

    Purchased item Spark of Hope for 12.0 points 1 year ago from 37.117.12.28
    Purchased item Meteorite Crystal for 14.0 points 1 year ago from 37.117.53.250

    can u just recover my character?
