WotLK Paladin Quest Bug?

Heya, I play a level 39 Paladin named 'Malgorath' on Frostmourne and may have encountered a bug. After unlocking 'Sense Undead', I completed the Tome of Divinity quest and it didn't give me 'Redemption'. It..gave me 'Sense Undead' again. I figured maybe my memory of the questline wasn't the same and went through but I've gotten the two handed mace at the end of the Duthorian Rall and still don't have 'Redemption'. I tried going to a Paladin trainer but that didn't solve the issue. Thanks in advance.
