WotLK Started lagging into a disconnect and cannot connect back on the server.

So i was playing on frostmourne and suddenly got a disconnection in the middle of arena and when i try to log back in the client just tells me connecting and then unable to connect. Tried changing firewall settings and reseting router still does nothing. Internet connection is fine outside of the wow client. Even tried logging on other servers to see if its just world of warcraft but everything else is just fine, its just that i cannot connect on warmane to save my life.

Any help in what could be causing this would be appreciated.

Edit: its working again now, i guess it was something temporary. Would still like to know what could be causing it in case it happens again and if anyone knows.

Happened to me as well, all in Roare's post is the same here, but my problem still persists.

Edit: Deleting cache didn't help, but now it works. Seems like time resolved the issue.
