Fish feast and small feast, were they removed?

I can't find them in the usual vendor. Does anybody know about it?

I've asked via in-game ticket and a GM answered me he doesn't know anything about this change, and to ask on forum. Yet no luck on forum either lol.
Since nobody has an answer I'm guessing it's a bug which went unnoticed
