In the rules you state: " - Powerleveling (to bring a low level char to a high level zone to rush its leveling)."

Does this definition of powerleveling also include simply helping a lower level character in dungeon? If my level 80 toon carries a level 18 toon through a dungeon OF APPROPRIATE LEVEL for the 18, is that also against the rules?
