Well,

for starters,as you can see for yourself you've been matched with DuoQ - that means in case of loss, you lose twice the mmr and when you win you gain only half of the mmr you would gain normally. You cannot really avoid these DuoQs(unless you are below 2k mmr and you dodge them afterwards), but given to the mmr system, not that many players plays in duos

But I see what's your problem is in here, what I personally do above 2.2k mmr, I tend to stay in que up to 90seconds max. then I leave the que and re-que again, that way you avoid getting matched with far lower mmr players than yourself, it could take some time to get some actual que, especially when there is really few people playin at that mmr at the given time, but to be honest it saved me from a lot of headaches.
