Is it punishable if two friends, or guildies in game roll for the highest number and the winner gets gold? I mean it's not casino it's just whoever gets the highest roll wins some gold and vice versa. Everything consensual!!! Pls answer, I don't want to try it and get punished by the gm's, I need to know first!

I think you're threading in grey area, caution is advised.
I've seen those city camping casinos, and those are very much against rules.
I've seen fellow guildies doing /roll X and lowest roll pays the roll difference to highest roller in gold. Don't really see it as a casino, if it's done with consent within small group of people who know each other.
If you do this with fellow friends for fun, who is going to report you?

Don't gms see everything? Ofc it's not deathroll scamming, I would like to do it but I am not doing it until anybody assures me it's ok and ttly not against the rules!!!

afiak the GMs only look at something thats been reported to them. just get together somewhere secluded and have your fun

This here. As long as you're not including random players and keeping the gold even when you lose, there should not be a problem. Consider the fact that random players CAN report you and claim you took their gold and things could become complicated for you.

One thing is to do it in closed groups in a type of guild event or a group of friends, taking in consideration that you may not call a GM for support in case of something go wrong. Just use /guild or /party and make sure everyone involved knows its a private event.
Another completely different and bannable is spam in public offering casino style gamble to strangers, be it on Global, Trade, whisper or /say channels.
