Realms RDF Queue Improvements

1. RDF Queue should give priority to existing groups. Currently, if a tank or a healer leaves a dungeon before it is completed, then the time it would take to find a replacement is equivalent to the entire group leaving the dungeon, regrouping, and queuing for a new dungeon (which is effectively equivalent to a DPS queuing alone, see #2). If a player has another tank or healer character to run on, it is currently in their interest to leave the group and join a new dungeon instead for a faster queue. Considering dungeons themselves are only 10-15 minutes long, the fact that finding a replacement often takes 10-15 minutes in itself is completely unreasonable. Allowing near-instant replacements will make dungeons smoother, especially for people running new characters for gear.

2. When a DPS queues with a tank or a healer, the DPS should get a faster queue, instead of the tank or healer getting a slower queue. Currently, when a tank or a healer queues alone, they regularly get short or instant queues. But when one queues with one or more DPS, they get a queue equivalent to a DPS queuing alone. This is frustrating because it discourages group play. I believe it would be a significant improvement if the DPS could "cut the line" to join the tank or healer, instead of the other way around.

1. is a no go because there's no reason for groups to be ahead. People will quit mostly if the group is bad or if they dislike the dungeon, why put a bad group/bad dungeon ahead and push more people in there? Stay in the back of the line and wait.

2. You have no special treatment, you start from the bottom and work your way up, if there's 20 groups with Healer+3DPS waiting, a Tank+DPS cant fit there so you just wait in the bottom for a new (unmatched) healer and a few dps.

No reason to make it "not quite a queue" when it's a queue and we all sit there waiting.
