Hi guys, I recently opened a ticket to request the priest tier6 for transmog, gm told me that I had to do it in the same store, I requested them, but it still does not appear in the store for purchase, how long should I wait?, I made a new ticket in support but no one answer me.

You're misunderstanding the situation. You don't request for an item to be added, you suggest.
There's no assurance your suggestion will be accepted, nor a time frame when it might be added even if it is.
