WotLK Missing Enchanting Tool

Hi i just finished attempting the glitched final code quest near Shatrath in the Outlands. After 5 attempts, with the mana bomb blowing up but still not indicating that quest objective was completed I decided to do it another time. However for an unknown reason i found that my Fel Runed Arcanite Rod was suddenly missing thus disabling me from leveling my enchanting profession. I don't quite know what happened. Is it possible to recover this item? i spent quite a lot of time earning gold, making armor with my tailoring to for enchanting materials just ton make the rod. Please let me know if any type of recovery is at all possible?

GMs can't help you with that. You'll have to get the rod again on your own.
