WotLK Is this quest working?

Hello,

I'm trying to do a quest called "A Chip of The Ulduar" but the problem is that I cant find any stone blocks. I watched tutorials on youtube (not one), searched on google, Im going to that place flying around and so on for like 3 days in a row, cause I think, maybe someone just doing taht quest and im unlucky, but today I was alone in that area, no one except me and cant find any stone blocks either... So this quest is bugged or what?
