Technical Problems signing into my original account

I've been away for a few month just reloaded wow and can't seem to quite remember my username .. or the gmail account I'm using with it so I can't retrieve it via email. I remember the password and I remember most of my chars. Spent a good while while doing up all my alts proffessions so I'd really prefer not to start again, any help would be most appreciated just need that username!
Characters ( All on Lordaeron Realm )
33 Human holy pala - Arkantis
12 Human Priest - Thanetos
1 Dranei Warr - Durium
33 Human Mage- Orlaine
Had some fury Warrior in the 50's whos name I forget now.

If you have your old WoW client you can check account name on WTF folder:
Open WoW folder > WTF folder > Account folder

If you can not do that (because you have just downloaded a new WoW client) you can send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide)
