    3s Hour quest

    Hello, I have noticed fot the past few weeks if you miss the exat starting time of the event you aren't able to get the quest afterwards.Neither by relogging nor from the quest NPC. Since before it was possible I want to know if its an intentional change or a bug.

    So , yesterday those who completed the quest couldn't turn it in to the NPC. I don't think anyone got the reward. An answer from the staff would be nice.
