Hello there, I removed BS one year ago and I had the Master Hammersmith specialization ( Doing the quest for Master Hammersmith on the NPC "Lilith the Lithe" located in Everlook - https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=17...er-hammersmith)

Today I leveled BS again and the quest is unavailable.
    What appears normaly - https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=17...shots:id=16508)
    What I see - https://ibb.co/gVmFLJs

Im I missing something ? I went to IF and theres no trainers avaliable or any quest there...

Could you guys help me ? Thank you!

  2. You said you removed BS with Master Hammersmith spec, which would imply you did the quest. You can't do the same quest twice.

    Am I missing something?

  3. Im not sure about that since this website says that I can revert the situation

    Changing specialties

Blacksmithing specialties could be changed at the trainers for a cost. The cost depended on the specialty you wish to drop and the character's level. Once you dropped a specialty, you could then choose a new specialty for no cost. Each specialty could only be dropped at the trainer that originally taught it. In order to switch from a Weaponsmithing subspecialty (Axesmithing for example) to Armorsmithing, you would first drop the Weaponsmithing subspecialty (should you have chosen one), then drop the Weaponsmithing specialty before you can learn Armorsmithing. Once you had earned either the Armorsmithing or Weaponsmithing specialty, you did not need to complete the quest line for the other specialty if you wish to switch. The specialty would be given at no cost.

    Specialization benefits

"During the release of The Burning Crusade, you were able to learn any of the weapon subspecializations, by talking to one of the appropriate three masters in Everlook, and asking them to teach you (though you must still have completed the weaponsmithing quest, as above). The quests, however, rewarded the same plans. These abilities can be unlearned for 100Gold and another weapon subspecialization can be learned in their place."

Yeah, but it doesn't say anything about completely removing BS. It says that if you want to switch specialties you can for free but it's implied you keep the blacksmithing while doing so.
I don't think you can do anything about this.

  5. Well yes, I leveled BS again andI will try to learn Axesmithing and then swap to Hammersmithing

  6. Hello there, the quest "The Way of the Weaponsmith" on Ironforge NPC called Myolor Sunderfury is not showing up, not even the quest for Armorsmith like it should appear...

That's because you did it before.
As I stated earlier, you can't do the same quest twice.

Since I was Weaponsmith when I deleted the Profession, now it should let me go for Armorsmith to delete it back to get Weaponsmith again, thats what everyone says on retail videos...

PS: Will try to learn Axesmithing and then swap to Hammersmithing, it should work.
