Is it too late to start pvp?

Hi, as the title suggests. Am i too late to start doing pvp as a fresh 80? am i going to be destroyed on bg? i just want some fun without getting one shot.

It's fine, its only on 3.1 gear. You'll probably want to buy a set of ilvl 200 blues off the AH as soon as you can. Then just focus on objectives more than killing people as you'll be lower.
