WotLK There is no Engineer AH in Dalaran

Brassbolt Mechawrench/Reginald Arcfire (A/H), why is he gone? Can someone explain it to me? I didn't see any reason and it nerfed engi a lot....

"As of patch 3.2, this Gnomebot can be found on top of the counter in the Engineering shop "Like Clockwork" in Dalaran, offering access to your faction's auction house without having to travel back to any of the cities in Kalimdor or the Eastern Kingdoms to do so.

He's equipped with a superiority chip, and will only offer his services to Grand Master engineers. Anyone who attempts to speak with him without fulfilling this criteria will be refused his services."

That's ToC patch - Frostmourne is currently on Ulduar patch (3.1)
