WG is so popular that you have to get into the queue once it opens at 15 minutes prior to the battle. This essentially makes the queue pointless since the battle becomes nearly-instantly full and results in people being forced to sit around and wait for 15 minutes.

I'd recommend reducing the pre-queue to only 1-2 minutes before battle begins.

You don't have to wait 15 minutes - you can go BGs, farm materials, quest. If you're reducing the queue to 1-2 minutes there's really no point in making it at all is there?
