Possible to see raid target icons on grid?

For my healer I would like to be able to see raid target icons on my grid frames to quickly see who the tanks are.

Ez thing in the guild where you know the tanks but not so easy in a pug.

Can grid handle this at all or should I go for a different add-on?

I would recommend using Shadowed Unit Frames. The default appearance is not great, but once you customize it is amazing. Display any unit frame how you want with all of the information where you want or what you don't want to see hidden.
