How do i fix my rogue falling into the void?

A hacker in sand gurubashi sent my rogue to heaven and now it is falling into the void, do I have to send a ticket in the game or do I do it here? I'm new in the game :(

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
