What happens with heirloom items purchased on Frostmourne after char transfer?

Once the character from Froustmourne gets transferred to Icecrown, will it be possible to transfer the heirloom items back to Froustmourne?

Heirlooms get sent with your characters to Icecrown and stay there. Then when Frostmourne resets you can level to 80, grind, and get more heirlooms.
