WotLK Priest Meditation talent bugged

Hello there !

I've got an issue with one of the talents for priest in discipline specialization, it says about 50% regeneration while casting spells but for some reason i see no regeneration at all, also i don't have any spell with such name, please tell me if it is a bug or am i doing something wrong !?

I will post this on other categories as well as i am not sure where i should ask, i ask the moderators to put it in the right place if they can or if i am breaking forum rules, please don't ban me for this !

Check your character info and when you hover over "Mana Regen" you'll see two values, one when not casting and another when casting.
I guess you're very low level and your regeneration is already low so you end up with half of your already low regen and it seems like it's not even regenerating at all.
