WotLK my wifes email got hacked tech support please help

Hi i am using my husbands account because i am unable to log in on mine. I have a feeling my email was hacked and possibly deleted, no idea when it happened however all of a sudden i have two-factor authentication turned on and i have no way to log into my warmane account or the WoW server to play. is there anyway i can change the email address on my warmane account? without logging in? or is my account now gone forever? I have 8 max level semi geared charactors and a full guild bank lol. i definitely do not want to start over.
