WotLK Can't build the reputation "The Sons of Hordir"

Hello,

I can't build the reputation "The Sons of Hordir". I'm still not "Friendly" despite having done 88 quests at the Lightning Peaks, I did all the quest sequel started at K3. I don't see any daily quests in Dun Niffelem, I don't know how to get friendly, I'm despairing. Thank you for your help.
