WotLK Transfering characters

Is it possible to transfer a character from 1 account to another? I would like to transfer my level 60 lock since i want to do vanilla raids with it and stuff, and want to have 1 account just for twink characters since i plan to make more than 1 and dont want to mix them with all my bank alts and max level characters.

Only by placing it in trade for sale, and buying it with other account. Other than that, not possible.
