Technical Unfounded ban

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if you can contest a ban and if yes how to do so.
I was in a dungeon normally and pressed pass on all loot cause i didn't need anything but i still got a ban for ninja looting and i feel like it's really unfair.
So, if yall can help me fix that that would be great.

It's utterly impossible to get banned for ninja in a dungeon, if you pressed Pass on all the items. Like there's 0 proof you pressed Need on anything.
Either you're not telling us something, or you don't remember needing on something you shouldn't have.
