WotLK Character is stuck dead and can't move in spirit form

So when the server died, I died at the same time and now I can't walk or talk to the spirit healer. I'm just dead on the ground in spirit form.

One of my friends ran an epic mission as a lvl 13 druid with another friend to rez me in Tanaris. The mission took an hour but mission was successful and I live again.

Next time something like this happens: Warmane.com -> My Account -> Services -> Realm -> Character -> COIN/POINT/FREE* -> Character Unstuck

*Doesn't matter which one you pick, it's free regardless.
